These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flamepossible website at flamepossible.com and any software products distributed by Flamepossible, including Docopen and Foldr (collectively, the “Services”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the flamepossible.com website, downloading or installing any Flamepossible software, or completing a purchase processed through Paddle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least sixteen (16) years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
About Flamepossible
Flamepossible is operated by a single independent developer. You may contact us at any time at flamepossible26@gmail.com. Flamepossibleis not a registered legal entity; the developer accepts personal responsibility for the Services and their compliance with these Terms. See §18 for the governing law that applies to this agreement.
Accounts
The Services do not currently require an account. If, in the future, account-based features are introduced (for example to manage subscriptions, recover licences, or access premium features across devices), you will be solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use.
Description of Services
Docopen
Docopen is a document viewer for Android devices. The free version is supported by third-party advertising. A one-time Pro purchase removes all advertising and supports future development. Docopen processes documents that you select from your own device; it does not upload your document contents to Flamepossible servers.
Foldr
Foldr is a desktop video compression utility for Windows and macOS. Users install the application locally, select a folder from their own computer, configure compression options, and compress their own video files while preserving the original folder structure in the output.
Foldr does not provide video downloading, streaming, content copying, DRM circumvention, or access to third-party media. It is intended only for processing files that you already have on your own device and that you have the right to process.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Flamepossible grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- use the Services to process content that you do not own or do not have the right to process;
- use the Services to infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any third party;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Flamepossible software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices, licence keys, or branding from the Services;
- resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Services without our prior written consent;
- use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law, including export-control, sanctions, anti-spam, or consumer-protection law.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, the name “Flamepossible”, and all related marks, are and remain the exclusive property of Flamepossible and its licensors. You retain all rights to the files you process using the Services; we claim no ownership of your content.
Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases
Foldr Pro is offered as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually at the prices stated on our Pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your purchase receipt link or via Paddle’s buyer help centre.
Docopen Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the ad-free entitlement for the purchasing account; it is not a subscription and does not renew.
Pricing, Taxes and Payment Processing
All prices are stated in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated and exclude taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”) act as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, fraud prevention, and the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar transaction taxes on our behalf. Your contract for the purchase of digital content is therefore concluded with Paddle, while your contract for the use of the Services themselves is with Flamepossible. Paddle’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment transaction and are available at paddle.com/legal.
Free Trials and Promotions
We may, at our discretion, offer free trials, introductory pricing, or promotional codes. Unless we state otherwise, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Promotional terms supplement, but do not replace, these Terms.
Updates and Service Changes
We continuously improve the Services. Flamepossible may release updates, patches, and new features, and may modify or discontinue any feature at any time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes that adversely affect paying subscribers.
Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third parties such as Paddle (payments), Google (Android distribution and analytics), Apple (macOS notarisation and distribution where applicable), and our hosting provider. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy notices, for which Flamepossible is not responsible.
Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms, if your continued use would expose Flamepossible or other users to liability, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution clauses) will survive.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flamepossible disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flamepossible’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Flamepossible (via Paddle) during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 50. Flamepossible will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any rights of consumers that cannot be waived.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flamepossible from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any content you process using the Services that you did not have the right to process.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the consumer-rights notice below, the courts of Seoul Central District Court have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Consumer Rights Notice
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer-protection right that you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile. Consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights retain those rights as further described in our Refund Policy.
General Provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flamepossible regarding the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Material changes will be notified through the Services, by email where we have your address, or by a prominent notice on flamepossible.com. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
